JR・私鉄・バスの相互運用性の悪い首都圏の公共交通機関ですが、ようやく 2007年３月からパスモ（Suica同等品）で統一化されるようです。
１年ぐらい前にも 2007年からという報道はあったけど、今回の正式発表で本決まりですね。
