誰かがやってそうなものだけどインターネットで検索してもみつけることができなかったので、Doxygen の UTF-8対応（ただし日本語出力のみ）のパッチを trac で公開しました。
あんまり使ってないのでちゃんと使えるのかわからないけど、興味がある人は使ってみて下さい。

※ Doxygen 1.5.2 で UTF-8 がサポートされたのでパッチは削除しました
