Trac を 0.11 にアップグレード

Trac のバージョンを 0.11 にアップグレードしたので、その覚書き。

  • TracAccountManager は旧バージョンと互換性がないので 0.11 対応のものをインストールすること
  • テンプレートエンジンが ClearSilver を使わなくなったので、templates ディレクトリをカスタマイズしている場合は Help/Guide の TracInterfaceCustomization を見て site.html を作成する
