冬季限定ということでパッケージを変えた eneloop（単三 x 2本）が出ているようです。限定パッケージなので実売価格は少し高め。
これだけじゃなんなので、おまけで充電式カイロも載っけておきます。発想はいいけど価格が高いのはネックかな。amazon のレビューを見ていると片面しか暖かくならないらしい。

５時間は微妙な線ですね。
あと、遠赤外線のじんわりした暖かさはなさそうですね。
電熱だけだと、ぴりぴりした暖かさになりそうです。なんとなく(^^;。
スペックを見るとPTCヒーターを使っているみたいです。
